Click on the "List Your Property" button on our homepage. Fill in the details (location, rent/price, photos, etc.) and submit. We'll review and publish it.
Can I list a property for sale on TOLET Earth?
Absolutely. Listing a property for sale is completely free — just like rentals. You can add photos, description, price, and your contact details.
Is there a fee for buying or selling through TOLET Earth?
Listing and browsing are always free. If you share your contact number directly, there's no fee at all. If you prefer us to handle inquiries and keep your number private, we charge a small success fee of 1% of the final sale price (from both buyer and seller) — only when the deal is done. No upfront costs, no hidden charges.
How does the 1% success fee work?
When a buyer and seller agree on a deal through TOLET Earth, we ask both parties to pay 1% of the final sale price. This covers our service of connecting you, verifying the listing, and helping with the process. You only pay when the sale is successful.
What if I list my property and also share my contact number?
If you share your contact number publicly, buyers can reach you directly — and you pay no fee at all. The 1% fee only applies if you choose our "privacy" option, where we handle all inquiries on your behalf.

Yes. We personally verify all properties listed on TOLET Earth — whether for rent or sale. This helps ensure that buyers and renters find genuine, reliable listings.
